2.5 Installing CPU Cooler Fan

After a CPU has been installed, you will need to

install the proper cooling device for the CPU. The server

comes with two high efficiency heatsink/ CPU coolers that

sit on the top of an installed CPU and clip onto the CPU

socket. The general procedure is:

Take out the heat-spread glue.

Paint the heat-spread glue on the CPU die evenly.
